Brush Creek Moves Ahead

The residence at Brush Creek is moving ahead with construction started. Most recently, the trench for the water and geothermal heating system was dug. This system will provide heating and cooling by using the ground temperature as the exchange medium rather than the outside air temperature that is normally used. The trench begins at the house and goes out to the street almost 400 feet. Once it reaches the street, it loops back to the house another 400 feet. The trench carries the geothermal lines at the very bottom and the potable water lines for the home higher in the trench. This is somewhat of an unusual coupling, but it’s a great way to kill two birds with one stone! Check back soon for more updates about the Brush Creek project.
