Elizabeth Eason Architecture’s newest staff member, Matthew Kellogg, recently earned his LEED Green Associate credential.
The LEED Green Associate is the first step in the U.S. Green Building Council and Green Building Certification Institute’s new, multi-faceted credentialing system that ensures that LEED professionals have the latest knowledge and understanding of green building practices. According to GBCI, the Green Associate credential denotes a basic knowledge of green design, construction, and operations.
The new system breaks the LEED accredited professional credentials into various specialties.
Beth just added another credential to her resume by passing the LEED for Homes specialty exam. She adds this to her LEED BD+C specialty, LEED v2 Accredited Professional and LEED Accredited Professional.
