Pellissippi Place Regional Technology Park - Entrance

Location: Maryville, Tennessee

The entrance to the multi-year collaboration between four local governments will soon be marked by stone and steel entrance structures. Directed by the Blount County Economic Development Board; the municipalities of Blount County, Knox County, and the cities of Alcoa and Maryville have broken ground on a development that promises to be the future of high tech industry in the region. Elizabeth Eason Architecture is serving as the architect on the first phase of this project. All the entrance structures were designed and modeled by Elizabeth Eason Architecture. The goal for the new development is to have all buildings designed to meet the United States Green Building Council's LEED criteria and attain certification.
