Loraine Street Health Clinic

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee
Client: City of Knoxville
Completion: 2009

This project included a renovation and an addition of a single story outpatient clinic. A waiting room, reception room, office and foyer were added to accommodate the clinic’s growing client base. A break room, hallway, and workspace were created from existing spaces. The building’s addition matched the exterior masonry walls and shingled hip roof of the existing structure. Windows, mechanical, and electrical systems were also added.
