First Neighborhood Conference

  On Saturday, March 23, the City of Knoxville will host the first Neighborhood’s Conference at the Knoxville Convention Center. Sponsored by the City’s Office of Neighborhoods, theme is “Connecting Neighborhoods, Building Communities”.
